Energy advice according to BAFA and KFW

We support you in the implementation and planning of renovation or modernization measures in old buildings as well as in the planning of new buildings.
We help you minimize costs with federal, state or local subsidies.

Our energy advice includes:
  • the assessment of your building in its current condition
  • the creation of product and company-neutral restructuring proposals
  • advice on current funding programs
  • Creation of your energy certificate, for residential and non-residential buildings.

  • Thermography

Thermography uses the fact that all objects emit heat radiation in the form of electromagnetic waves. Our infrared cameras generate images of invisible infrared or heat radiation and thus enable precise, non-contact temperature measurements.

    Termography is used to:
    • Detecting energy losses
    • Thermal inventory
    • Execution control - checking insulation for functionality
    • Structural damage analysis - you can demonstrate construction defects impressively and non-destructively

    BlowerDoor / air tightness test

The BlowerDoor measurement is used to detect leaks in windows, doors, walls and roofs, which can lead to significant energy losses and structural damage.

The BlowerDoor device is installed in an exterior door of the home. The fan now creates a negative pressure of 50 Pascal in the building (corresponds to the wind pressure on the building at wind force 4 - 5). The amount of air extracted is measured with the BlowerDoor and the air exchange rate is determined at 50 Pascal (n50). We detect leaks by hand and with the air velocity measuring device or with the thermographic camera.

An airtight building envelope is important
    • Minimizing energy losses
    • Avoidance of condensation in the construction
    • Ensuring the sound reduction index and the insulating effect of components
