Private law as one of the two “areas of law” regulates the relationship between citizen and citizen
The area of private construction law is generally addressed when it concerns the legal relationships between those involved in construction who have equal status when carrying out a construction project. Legal relationships are recorded between (also public) builders, planners (architects, special specialists such as surveyors, building services engineers), construction companies and other parties involved.
