Why a valuation of real estate and land?

Valuations are important for many areas of our economic and legal life. Existential decisions are made on the basis of reports.

Examples for this are:
  • if the (market) value of a property or a right to a property is to be determined (e.g. in divorce cases, in inheritance disputes, in the case of intentions to sell, purchase or mortgage or for an overview of assets)
  • if an existing report is to be checked by a second expert
